Thermal Interface Grease
AMG-TG silicon based thermal grease, with a low flowability, meets RoHS certifications and will effectively wet the contact surface to produce a low impedance. Compared to commonly used thermal conductive pads, it can fill the gaps between heating components and heat sinks with a smaller thickness and better performance, ensuring a higher heat dissipation efficiency.
