RL-CLLK-100 adult pull-ups production line is specially designed for producing adult pull-ups composed by standing leak guide, leg cuffs and other components. Both large and small size pull-ups can be produced, with an output of 100m/min.

Features The center unwinder features automatic splicing and tension control. Automatic unwinder deals with various raw materials like hydrophobic nonwoven, hydrophilic nonwoven, PE film, etc. Mixing dosing of SAP A high efficiency pulverizer is installed. Cotton core drum forming unit. Finished products are tri-folded and stacked. Transmission system combines sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt. Gearbox applies helic bevel gear, offering stable transmission and good synchronism. PLC + touch screen enables easy operation. Inverter control system features high precision control. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential to conduct synchronous regulation without closing down.
