RL-WSJ-500 sanitary napkins production line is designed to make ultra thin and cotton core easy-wrap sanitary pads, with a capacity of about 500pcs per minute.

Features Super absorbent polymer is applied quantitatively. Cotton core drum forming unit. The machine is equipped with a high efficiency pulverizer. PLC system with touch screen control provides high control precision and easy of use. Optional servo control system or inverter control system Transmission system consists of sealed gearbox, universal coupling and synchronous belt, of stable transmission and good synchronism. Nonwoven, cast film or soft tissue paper application group with automatic splicer and automatic unwinder, with constant tension control. Automatic detection for broken material and lacking of material, and alarms automatically. Automatic rejection system for changing and splicing materials. Molding and positioning process is equipped with an electronic differential to conduct synchronous regulation without closing down.
