Carton Die Cutting and Stripping Machine

Our auto carton die cutting and stripping machine is equipped with a lead edge feeder and adopts frequency conversion control system to adjust wind volume .The wind suction area can be adjusted according to the paper size through a high-power fan. Since a bottom-fed feeder is used in this corrugated board die-cutter and stripper, scratches can be avoided during paperboard feeding.

Feeding Table
The feeding table of our carton die cutting and stripping machine adopts left and right push side lay to fulfill different printing registration requirements.
Adjustable rubber wheel and brush wheel are used to ensure precise positioning for entering into front and side lay.

Carton Die Cutting Section
1. Pneumatic lock-up system is employed on die cutting chase to increase efficiency.
2. Computerized control display system and 3D touch screen operation system can immediately trace and visualize the machine status and possible causes of machine stop.
3. Our carton die cutting and stripping machine is equipped with 3 cam index box devices and overloading protection clutch for perfect registration.

Stripping Section
1. The stripping section of our automatic stripper is designed in double-action movement structure with upper and lower stripping frame to facilitate die changes.
2. Male and female dies are available for different stripping jobs.
3. Various stripping devices are configured to the stripping section of the carton die cutting and stripping machine for higher production efficiency.
4. The employment of centerline registration system shortens die change time and guarantees accurate positioning. Thus, production efficiency will be increased.

Delivery Section
Non-stop delivery system is used to insure paper delivery is stable and fast.
