The ER collet system is the most widely used tool holding system in the world. Installed on the milling machine, it is a cylindrical chuck which is used to fix drilling bits or milling tool. ER collets are used in the various machining processes, such as boring, milling, reaming, tapping and grinding. The ER collet can be used in all kinds of machine tools, such as Japanese FUJI, Taiwan WANG TZYY, Greenway, MYLAS and other automatic lathes.

The materials of ER collet: 9SiCr alloy tool steel, SUJ2 bearing steel

Gripping range:

ER11=0.5mm, ER16/20/25/32=1mm (Take ER11 collet as an example, the size of collet is 7mm and it can grip between 6.75mm and 7.25mm; if choosing ER16 collet, the size of collet is 10mm and it can grip from 9.5mm to 10.5mm)
