Description

The wood engraving 4 axis CNC engraver router features a 4-axis linkage control system, along with a single spindle head. The spindle head of the engraving machine is rotatable, so that the wood engraving machine is capable of various 2D processing and 4-dimensional stereo engraving and processing. The machine is suitable for cutting, piercing, bottom milling, and embossing.

The 4-axis single spindle head of the engraving router features a mobile-gantry structure, which is better than traditional stereo engraving routers. The CNC engraving machine is processed using a vibration treatment to reduce interior stress, and the machine works in a high performance, highly efficient manner.

2. Machine Frame Treatments

The machine frame is processed using a dust-free sandblasting paint treatment, which makes it easy to clean. This procedure also increases the friction between pieces and the machine bed, ensuring a more accurate engraving.

3. Removable Worktable

With a unique removable worktable, 3D and 2D engraving are fused into a single machine, making it a cost effective choice.

4. Controlling System

The CNC engraving machine is equipped with a WEIHONG true 4-axis linkage control system, along with YASKAWA (Japan) servo system, to improve its performance. It is suitable for both 2D and 3D engraving works.

5. Transmission

The 3 axes are equipped with an HIWIN (Taiwan) square linear guide rail, the Z-axis is equipped with a TBI (Taiwan) ball screw, and the X-axis and Y-axis are equipped with an oblique gear rack drive that is tightly linked to gear shaft, so that the torque transmission is more even, and noise levels are reduced.

6. Software

Highly compatible with software. The 4 axis CNC engraving machine is compatible with various CAD/CAM software, including Type3, ArtCAM, Castmate. It’s able to reduce errors through automatic control when processing uneven planks. Customers can choose the mechanical parameters in the software system for fixed point processing in different positions, as well as an error display function.
