Chocolate Conche

20L, 100L, 500L, 1500L and 3000L. The  20L type product takes 8 to 10 hours to grind the chocolate syrup to 20-25μm while the 100L type product needs 12 to 16 hours to reach this fineness. The remaining three types of machine need 16-22 hours. The fine grinding time is closely related to the amount of the syrup and the spindle speed. The spindle speed of the 20L product and the 3000L product is 93r/min and 35r/min respectively.
