Electronic Label Die Cutting Machine

This JMQ-320N electronic label die cutting machine is equipped with a feeder, a slicer, a main engine, an upper and a lower form boards for die cutting, and a metal mold. It is mainly used for die cutting electronic label in high accuracy with flatting the materials. Due to the adoption of servo motor for controlling the material loading, our product is very convenient for operation. With three photoelectric eyes for tracking and positioning, this product can accomplish the die cutting, coating film, collecting waste film, slitting in one process.

Applicable Material
1.Sticky products: electronics, electrical appliance, special rubber cushions for mobile phones, magic tapes, electric conductive tapes, powerful double side adhesive tapes and other products in the industries of electronic, IT film switch and car making.

2. Dustproof materials: cosmetic cotton, camera cotton, high-density sponge, filtering sponge, dust net and nonwoven fabric.

3. Shock absorbing products: EVA tape, rubber, silicone rubber cushions, transparent cushion, PORON cushion, inflammable retardant EVA, foam.

4. Insulation products: fireproof paper, aluminum foil, copper foil, PVC, PET, brown paper, sponge sheath, and pearl cotton sheath, etc.

5. Heat insulation materials: silicone sheet, transparent mica, fiber cloth, heat insulation cotton or fabric, etc.
