Apart from double working positions of rewinding and unwinding, our coating machine adopts pneumatic device, which not only brings convenience for connecting materials but also keeps continuous working of the product with ensuring the plainness of materials at the connection position. Moreover, the technology of automatic net replacing of the filter reduces the halts causing by the filter stoppage. Due to the automatic constant tension controlled system, this product rewinds completely so that ensures the flatness of materials.

Controlled by PLC, this self adhesive coating machine features glue quantity setting, speed display, and other functions through the user interface. Furthermore, it is designed in extending the distance between the devices of coating and compositing so as to adapt to compounding the materials, especially which aren’t high temperature resistant. In addition, our product is mainly used for hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive coating, like advertising inkjet materials, adhesive tape, heat sensitive label, self adhesive label, etc.
