Our JFQ-B paper slitter machine is mainly controlled by PLC with two vector variable frequency motors, one of which is used for driving the traction control to realize constant control of linear velocity, as well as to avoid the influence on tension between rewinding and unwinding. In addition, the other motor is used for rewinding transmission to drive magnetic powder clutch, and then PLC calculates the roll diameter automatically to achieve taper tension control. While our product adopts advanced pneumatic brake on unwinding, also PLC provides automatic computation of roll diameter to realize constant tension control.

Technical Parameters

With the user interface, the paper slitter machine can be totally operated through touching the screen. Due to hydraulic power feeding device, this product not only saves much labor force on unwinding, but also shortens the time of feeding material manually. Equipped with EPC deviation correcting device, our machine can control the accuracy on the cross profile of the material and the photoelectrical and hydraulic power error correcting devices can be selected. Furthermore, our product features automatic meter presetting, speed presetting, buffering at start, locking at halt and other slitting functions, as well as it performs stably and efficiently. In general, it is ideally used for slitting sticky paper, craft paper and other varied paper.
