Thin Blade Slitter Scorer

The ZQS series thin blade slitter scorer manufactured by HUAYU is mainly used for scoring and slitting corrugated cardboards of various sizes at longitudinal direction. Generally, this paperboard converting equipment is provided with 4 slitter knives and 6 scorer heads or 5 slitter knives and 8 scorer heads. The slitter knives enjoy motorized or manual adjustment.

1. This slitting and scoring machine applies motorized lifting and falling of slitter knife and scorer head to change slitting and scoring height, thus adapting to the height of the fed corrugated cardboard.
2. The up-to-date thin blade high speed slitting technology can ensures flat and smooth slitting.
3. Automatic re-sharpening device will implement non-stop grinding action to slitter knives. It is air operated and can set up interval distance and re-sharpening time at any one time according to material or slitting edge conditions.
4. The thin blade slitter scorer can entirely move crosswise, effectively handling the emergency that the paperboard is off tracking.
