FR4 Fiber Glass Epoxy Sheet
FR4 fiber glass epoxy sheet is produced from electrical glass cloth that has been impregnated with epoxy resin under heat and pressure. This kind of polymer is highly distinguished by impressive mechanical strength and dielectric properties, as well as superior inertness to all kinds of solvents and acid chemical medicines.
Our reinforced thermoset is the industry-proven material for parts in electric motors and electronic appliances, and is applicable for humid environment and insulating oil.
Technological requirement
This fiber glass epoxy sheet is endowed with smooth surface with absolutely no bubbles, impurities or obvious defects like scratch, impression or being unevenly colored. Edges should be clean and free from separation and cracks. However, it is acceptable that there is a little bit of color mottle and scratch.
