ABS filament for 3D printer is the perfect combination of superior toughness, rigidity and comprehensive properties. Acrylonitrile offers surface hardness and corrosion resistance, and butadiene delivers excellent toughness and impact resistance, as well as styrene provides impressive liquidity and transparency.

This most commonly used thermoplastic offers great dimensional stability, oil resistance and no toxicity.

We adopt 100% new materials to manufacture our ABS filament. We are fitted with highly precise dies and imported machines for extrusion and formation, thus ensuring prominent properties and true colorings. Therefore, our plastic product has been proved to be ideal for 3D printer.

Our ABS filament for 3D printer is available in 43 kinds of different colors, wherein 25 common colors are in stock all the time.

Specification

Note
1. When printing larger dies, hot plate is suggested for preventing edge warping.
2. The printing temperature for 3D printer should be around 230°C, and printing head is controlled between 220°C and 250°C in normal condition.
