Home PLA Filament for 3D Printer

PLA Filament for 3D Printer

PLA filament for 3D printer is a new kind of biodegradation material. This kind of thermoplastic is made from plants rich in starch such as corn and cassava. The starch is fermented into lactic acid, and lactic acid turns into polylactic acid after chemical synthesis.

PLA Filament for 3D Printer

This kind of bio-degradable polymer can be broken down into water and carbon dioxide by microorganism, thus bringing no pollution to environment. Therefore, PLA filament is industrial-proven environment-friendly material.

Strength
1. Our product generates marshmallow-like smell with no toxicity during printing.

2. This product has only 0.3% of shrinkage, and can print larger dies without hot plate, resulting in perfect bonding among layers and edges.

3. PLA filament has low processing temperature, ranging from 175°C to 200°C.

4. Prominent dimensional stability for thermoform allows for easy processing.

5. Higher rigidity and toughness, as well as lower melt strength for fast formation of printing

6. Extraordinary glossiness offers bright colors.

7. This PLA filament is applicable for all kinds of printers such as Makerbot, Mendel, Prusa, Huxley and BFB3000 series, etc.

Color
We offer as many as 43 colors for customers to choose from, and commonly used 25 colors are in stock all the time.
