GCK Withdrawable Low Voltage Switchgear

The GCK withdrawable low voltage switchgear is a complete set of equipment which is used indoors for distributing electric power in three-phase AC power systems with the rated frequency of 50Hz and the rated voltage up to 660V.

The frame of this withdrawable low voltage switchgear is assembled with thin - walled shaped steel tube profiles with the inner diameter of 1.5 inches. The profile has light weight and high strength, which is flexible and easy to assemble. Identical functional units can be interchanged. Once failure arises, the functional unit can be pulled out and a new unit can be inserted. This reduces failure duration and improves equipment reliability.

Service Conditions
1. The ambient temperature should not be higher than 40℃ or lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed 35℃.

2. The ambient air is clean. The relative humidity at 40℃ should be lower than 50%. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20℃. Note that condensation may occasionally appear because of temperature change.

3. The altitude should not be higher than 2,000 meters.

4. The temperature for transporting and storing this withdrawable low voltage switchgear should be within the range of -25℃ to 55℃. It is allowed to reach 70℃ in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours).
