This series of tea bag filling and sealing machine is ideal for filling and sealing disposable bags that are used to pack tea leaves, herbal tea, functional tea, and other grassroot-likeproducts.

Main Features
1. The bag paper supply is controlled by stepper motor so that an exact bag length and precise positioning can be guaranteed.
2. A PID controller is used to regulate temperature.
3. All the filling and sealing actions are controlled the PLC system. User-friendly human-machine interface allows easy operation.
4. All the contact surfaces are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure maximum hygiene.
5. Several air cylinders are imported from foreign countries. The cylinder works reliably and accurately.
6. Other devices can be fitted to the filling and sealing machine to perform functions of straight cutting, date printing, or adding a tear notch.
