DCCK-300 Weighing Packing System

The DCCK-300 weighing packing system consists of the vibratory feeder, Z-shaped elevator, 10 head computer-controlled weigher, weighing and bagging platform, and automatic packer. It is ideal for weighing and packing sliced products, lumps, granular material with good flowability, ball-shaped products, and fragile products, such as candy, cake, coffee bean, puffed food, seeds, melon seed, frozen food, pet feed, jelly, plastic components, hardware, nuts, and medicine.

PLC and touch screen is available for easy operation. The whole system requires only one operator. Other advantages of using this weighing packing system include fast weighing and great speed.

Weighing method: multi-head weigher (There are many weigher models available for option. We expect customers to provide us with several pictures of products to be bagged. Based on the shape and estimated weight of those products, we will select the most appropriate weigher to match with your machine. Below is an introduction to one of our multi-head weighers.)

3. The vibratory feeder, elevator, platform, and finished product conveyor can be made of 304 stainless steel. They also can be made of coated plain carbon steel. All the contact surfaces are made of 304 stainless steel. Detailed dimensions are specified on the drawing.

4. The whole weighing packing system delivers a power of 5kw.
