Self-dumping Hopper Snack Food Packaging Machine

This series of packaging machine comes with a self-dumping hopper that can automatically dump the pre-measured amount of material into the package. During the material loading process, an electronic platform scale is needed to weigh the material before the operator placing it into the hopper. If the material to be dumped has low flowability, user can apply a protective layer of Teflon to the surfaces that might be in contact with the material. With this Teflon coating, material can slide off of the hopper surface easily and effortlessly.

Upon request, we can add the inflating device or horizontal sealing and hole-punching device to the packaging machine. The machine also can be re-configured to make 3-side seal, four-side seal, and back seal.
