The pyramid tea bag packaging machine is specially designed to construct, fill, and seal tetrahedral tea bags. The tetrahedral tea bag can be made of Japanese eco-friendly, non-woven nylon fabric. As a sterilized, heat-resistant food-grade filter material, the nylon tea bag has very low toxicity and premium quality, which has passed the national food safety test.

This tetrahedral bag usually has an attached piece of string with paper label at the top. The wire helps pull the bag out of hot water once the infusion is done while the paper label displays the brand and variety of tea. This label can be printed by using Japanese non-toxic, single-color ink which is degradable and eco-friendly. The bag is tightly sealed by using ultrasonic sealing technology that leaves no sealing marks on the bag edge. Hygienic and safe, this sealing method reduces the width of seal thereby saving material. The resulting tea bag creates a sense of nobility and elegance, thus achieving wider acceptance by tea consumers.

Compared with ordinary tea bags, the tetrahedral bag provides larger room for tea leaves to unfold in the shorter time once they are soaked in hot water. Its transparent, robust mesh structure allows the tea leaves to bring out the best of its original and natural fresh flavor. This kind of bag is not easily torn and able to withstand repeated infusion.
