Hydraulic Mooring Winch

Our IYJ---C series hydraulic mooring winch comes with the patent and integrates a variety of components, including hydraulic motor, planetary gearbox, belt brake, tooth clutch, drum, and capstan head. In addition, the winch is also equipped with valve blocks functioning braking and overload protection. This helps to simplify the design of hydraulic pumping unit and improve the reliability of drives. More over, the hydraulic winch can be fitted valve block with constant tension. These high quality parts all contribute to the normal operation of the winch.

This series of hydraulic mooring winch features compact design, lower noise, high cost performance, fine startup efficiency, good working reliability, low maintenance, and so on. The mooring line has a wide pull range, with the maximum pull capacity reaching 75 ton. Due to our adopted closed type planetary gearbox instead of open gear, and rolling bearing substituted for tegular sliding bearing, the total transmission efficiency of the hydraulic winch is improved 6~10% and energy loss is lower in comparison with traditional mooring winches. Now, it has found wide applications in ship machinery.

What's more, the hydraulic mooring winch can be tailored and provided with additional parts in compliance with customers' specific demands. It achieves a one piece minimum order quantity, and the lead time generally ranges from 30 days to 60 days.
