Advantages
Natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas heating glass tempering furnace has the advantage of significant energy saving improvement. The gas is richly found in nature, environment-friendly and clean. It is used for heating directly, so the loss caused by heat transfer is reduced. Compared with electrical heating, it saves more than 2/3 cost. As natural gas allows the glass sheets to be evenly heated at a lower temperature (670℃~690℃), the heating rate is improved, and the period for the glass staying on the roller is shortened. This enables the glass tempering furnace to minimize the chances of glass deformation, and improve the production rate and glass quality.
Use
The gas heating glass tempering furnace is used to make flat toughened glass which is widely used in the fields of architecture, decoration, furniture, electronic apparatus, vehicles, ships, aviation, and more. The glass tempering equipment is also applicable to producing low-e glass (with the e>=0.1).
