Our meat processing conveyor is designed to support the workers across the different pig carcass processing applications in an efficient, sanitary manner. They are designed to carry out pork line production, including deboning, splitting, and conveying.

This conveyor is designed with three layers. The top layer is used to store empty containers while the middle layer is used for transferring pork with bone, and operators remain on both sides of the conveyor. They are needed to retrieve empty containers from the top layer and retrieve pork with the bone still in it from the middle layer. After bone-in pork has been processed, deboned pork is placed in an empty container that is then sent to the bottom layer to be sent onto later processing applications. The empty container can then be reused. After each use, the empty container is disinfected using hot water to ensure the cleanliness and hygienic standards are maintained to prevent cross-contamination.
