During lairage, cattle will rest for 24 hours to relieve their fatigue caused by transportation and recover their normal physical condition. The cattle will be showered with lukewarm water after rest to clean their body and relieve their stress. Cattle are weighed and their basic information is collected. The corridor is designed with an S-bend to effectively block out the sight of the rear cattle to ensure they do not see the cattle in front being slaughtered. The slaughter line can be designed to meet the requirements of rites and beliefs. For example, the cattle can be led into a room to perform religious slaughter rights or designate the cattle head orientation when it is slaughtered.
