This film extrusion line is designed to produce TPU films (thermoplastic polyurethane film) that exhibit outstanding toughness and abrasion resistance. TPU film is made of TPU particles, which are formed into thin films by using extruder, and it can be directly laminated on substrate to produce TPU laminated films.

Features
Specially designed screw gives high efficient plasticization, along with advanced processing technologies, perfectly preventing the formation of small bubbles that known as “fish eyes”;
Entirely controlled by PLC system with touch screen, making operation easier;
