PVB Interlayer Film Line
This cast film line is mainly used to produce PVB film for laminated glass. The PVB film production is implemented by extrusion of polyvinyl butyral resin combining with plasticizer 3GO. The PVB film is an elastic and durable material that is widely used as interlayer in laminated glass.
Features
Specially designed screw gives high efficient plasticization, along with advanced processing technologies, perfectly preventing the formation of small bubbles that known as “fish eyes”;
Entirely controlled by PLC system with touch screen, making operation easier;
