This extrusion line is typically designed to produce environmental-friendly EVA and PU films. Advanced film surface processing technology is adopted to exhibit remarkable 3D effect on films.

Features
Specially designed screw gives high efficient plasticization, along with advanced processing technologies, perfectly preventing the formation of small bubbles that known as “fish eyes”;
Advanced calendering technology, using various calendering rolls allows the plastic film to provide a variety of surface effects including clear, frosted or three-dimensional in different colors;
Servomotor system is adopted for electrical control, and operated through man-machine interface, ensuring high precision and easy operation;
