Cast Film Lines for Breathable PE Film

This cast film line is suited to produce PE breathable films which are made of PE micro-particles through mono-orientation extrusion process.

Features
Equipped with edge trims recovery system;
Advanced vertical or horizontal stretching unit is easy to use, stretching ratio is adjustable according to actual needs;
The extrusion line is entirely controlled by means of PLC system with touch screen, and particularly configured with a complete range of buttons, making the operation easier and more safe;
Newly developed winding tension control guarantees high precision, stability and reliability;
Inline slitting unit and printing unit are available to add, achieving fully automatic operations and saving labor cost;
