1500-2100mm PVC Cling Film Line (4-Shaft Winder)

This PVC cling film line works through the process of extrusion of compounded materials consisting PVC resin and other additives. PVC cling film is versatile in food packaging due to its capability to preserve the freshness of food products such as vegetables, dairy products, etc.

Features Special die design for extrusion of PVC material ensures constant operation under high speed production, and high pass rate of final films; In-line slitting unit can accomplish cutting and slitting process in compliance the width and length of final films, without rewinding process; Specially designed changeover unit and contact rolls ensure fast roll changing and smooth surface of cling films; Automatic four-shaft winder automatically implements loading of films and paper cores, unloading of film rolls and roll changing over. Compared to two or three-shaft winder, it loads the plastic films without applying adhesive tapes on core, thus efficiently saving tape cost and labor cost, while reducing winding time and film wastes; Suitable to film roll size of 150-200m, also nimble to work on large diameter film roll with size of 8000m; Specifications
