Cylinder Tube
A smooth cylinder tube can effectively protect the inner sealed parts. That's why each of our tube must undergo strict examination and inspection, providing high smoothness and low friction coefficient.

Guide Sleeves
Our guide sleeves can be disassembly independently and fast, making the maintenance convenient and economical.

Piston Rod
Our piston rod is produced from carbon ally, processed by cylinder grinder and coated with hard chromium, providing a roughness degree of 0.2-0.4μm. not only that, all of our piston rods will shows no fatigue or wear under rated pressure.

Sealing Elements
The assemblage of all sealing elements is done in our clean room, allowing for good sealing performance. Our dust ring well protects our cylinder from being contaminated by liquids or wastes. All of our sealing elements can be designed and manufactured upon request.

Producing Process and Instruments
We purchased a number of sophisticated and dedicate machines to complete mass production timely. These machines are included: CNC lathes, ultrasonic cleaning machines, coating lines, welding machines, assembling instruments, etc.

Testing Devices
Hoyo is outfitted with numerous high precision testing devices and instruments, such as integrated test bench, durability test bench, hardness tester, thickness tester, roughness measuring instrument, ultrasonic fault detector, computer controlled pressure testing system, etc.

1. Our technician designs the hydraulic cylinder in strict accordance with your actual working condition and special requirements and then sends its design picture to you.

3. If you are satisfied with the test results, we will do trail production of your cylinders. If the trial product meets your standards and requirements, mass production will begin soon.
