Cylinder Tube
A smooth cylinder tube can protect the inner sealed parts in an effective way. That’s why each tube produced by Hoyo must undergo strict inspection and examination in order for a low roughness degree and friction coefficient.

Piston Rod
Our piston rod is produced from carbon alloy, processed by cylinder grinder and coated with hard chromium, providing a roughness of 0.2-0.4μm. None of our piston rods will suffer from fatigue or wear at a rated working pressure.

Sealing Elements
We carry out the producing and assembling of seal elements in clean room, allowing for good sealing performance. For our dust ring, it effectively protects our hydraulic cylinder from being contaminated by liquids or other wastes. Additionally, we also provide customized service.

Producing Process and Instruments
In order to complete product in time, we invested a lot in manufacturing machines, such as CNC lathes, ultrasonic cleaning machines, coating lines, welding machines, assembling instruments, to name a few.

Testing Devices
We brought in a vast array of testing devices and instruments for quality control, such as integrated test bench, durability test bench, hardness tester, thickness tester, roughness measuring instrument, ultrasonic flaw detector, computer controlled pressure testing system, etc.
