Major Components
Cylinder Tube
A smooth cylinder tube can effectively protect the inner sealed parts. Thus, each tube produced by Hoyo must undergo strict inspection and examination, allowing for a low roughness degree and friction coefficient.

Piston Rod
Our piston rod is produced from high strength carbon alloy, processed by cylinder grinder and hard chromium plated, providing a roughness of 0.2-0.4μm. One outstanding feature of our piston rod is that it is fatigue free as long as it works under rated pressure.

Sealing Elements
All of our sealing elements are manufactured and assembled in our clean room. Dust ring, one of the sealing elements, effectively stops liquids or other containments.

Manufacturing Equipments
In order to complete mass production on time, we brought in innumerous highly-efficient processing machines, such as CNC lathes, ultrasonic cleaning machines, coating lines, welding machines, assembling machines and more.

Testing Instruments
A great many of testing devices and instruments are introduced to Hoyo to ensure each part and component produced by our firm is of stable performance and good quality. These instruments are as follows: integrated test bench, durability test bench, hardness tester, thickness tester, roughness measuring instrument, ultrasonic flaw detector, computer controlled pressure test system, etc.
