Characterized by its hardness and long life, the wheel possesses superior balance, enabling precision cutting. A proven heat conductor, our product isextremely sharp and can execute cutting operations without charring the sourcematerial. Max linear velocity approaches80m/s with 2 exterior nets, or72m/s with 1 interior net. Customizable diameters range between 100mm to 405mm while thickness specifications range between 1.0mm to 4.0mm.
We offer various wheel presets for your convenience. The mini wheel clocks in with a dimension of100*2*16mm. To extrapolate, the outside diameter measures 100mm, the inside diameter measures 16mm, and the thickness measures 2mm. This preset model features revolution speeds ofup to 15300 RPM ispackaged in 400 pieces per carton.Thebig size wheel is availablewith the dimension of 405*3.2*25.4mm and operates at 3800 RPM. This presetmodel ships in 25 piece cartons.
