Electric Capabilities and Functions of YCMseries Controller Used in ZGQ2FAutomatic Transfer Switch:
1. Voltage detection of main and backup power supply(under-voltage 60%-85% isavailable over-voltage of 120%);
2. Free interchange among the three modes(self-transferself-recovery; self-transfer non self-recovery; electric grid-generator);
3. Fire fighting alarming linkage shift to 0 (insulated contact input);
4. Automatic/manual operation options are available;
5. Issue generator starting signals under electric grid-generator mode;
6. Can set switch on and switch off delay period individually(freelyadjustable range 0.5-30).
Functions of YCM series Controller Used inZGQ2F Automatic Transfer Switch:
1. Self-transfer and self-recovery (R)
The acquiescent initialization tense is main power supply, when main powersupply goes wrong, the switch will automatically shift to 0 after delay period,and then it will switch to backup power supply after closing and past the delayperiod. The switch will switch to main power supply while it recovers normal.
2. Self-transfer and non self-recovery (s)
The controller will detect and shift between the normal and backup mode oftwo-way power supply and the acquiescent initialization tense is main powersupply. When voltage of power supply appears abnormal (any path power supplyappears over-voltage, lack phase) the switch will automatically shift to 0position after switching on delay time and transfer to backup power supplyafter switching off delay time, but once main power supply recovers the switchwill not automatically recover, only backup power supply goes wrong will itswitch to main power supply again.
3 Electric grid-generator (F)
The controller will detect the main power supply, for the main power supplywill not start generating electricity under normal voltage if backup powersupply is being used as a generator. This system will automatically assign agenerator control interface to issue a generating signal (as a set of N.C.contacts) when the electric grid and voltage appears abnormal. After thegenerator starts as usual, the switch will automatically transfer to the backuppower supply after the delay intervals. And while the electric grid voltagerecovers normal the intelligent system will automatically disconnect from backuppower supply after the delay intervals and switch to main power supply thenstop generating.
Structure and characteristics of ZGQ2F Automatic Transfer Switches
ZGQ2 series automatic transfer switch is a kind of digital dual power switch,consists of two 3-electrodes or 4-electrode molded case circuit-breaker andsome other accessories (assistance, alarming contacts) such as mechanicalinterlocking setup and controllers and so on. This series is divided into twotypes: integrated and split. Controller and implementarydevice of integrated type are installed on the same base integrated types whilefor the split type, the controller is set on the cabinet panel and the implementary device seated on the base is installed in thecabinet by the users. There should be a 2m long cable connecting the controller and the implementary device.
Characteristics of ZGQ2F Automatic Transfer Switch:
-The reliable mechanical interlocking device and electrical interlockingprotection between two breakers can thoroughly prevent two breakers closing atthe same time;
-Intelligent controller applies single chip as controlling core and havefunctions such as compact hardware, powerful functions, easy-expandingcapabilities and high reliabilities;
-Have several functions such as short circuit, over-voltage protection,under-voltage, lack phase, automatic transfer and intelligent alarmingabilities etc;
-Automatic transfer parameters can be set freely outside;
-Intelligent protection abilities of generators;
-This device are equipped with fire control circuits, once the fire controlcenter issued a control signal into intelligent controller the two breakerswill close respectively;
-Generator can start signal-issuing abilities and when main power supply goeswrong, ATS controller will issue starting signals and activate the generatorautomatically.
