Box Girder Wire Sawing

Viaduct with box girder is mainly designed for high speed railway or super long span bridge. The box girder is mainly composed of bridge deck slab, base slab, flange slab and web. Because of specificity of the bridge, it comes with high cement mark, intensive rebars and embedded stress. Therefore, to ensure safe construction, no destruction to piers and low cost of investment, we used non-destruction wire saw machines to complete this project. All sawing consumables are manufactured from imported special materials in special formula.

Construction Process:
1. Construction preparation;
2. Positioning and unreeling the hoist;
3. Drilling holes for hoist;
4. Cutting girder web;
5. Cutting bottom of the girder;
6. Hoisting and handling;
7. Complete
