Background
1. Smart Chips for Social Security Card

In 1999, the contact CPU card professionally designed by SHHIC was successfully implemented by Shanghai Social Security Card Project—the first social security IC card pilot project approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.


By the end of 2015, our social security card products have been used in more than 20 provinces across the nation. We have accumulated issued more than 400 million cards, and currently retain approximately 50% of the domestic country in smart card chip industry.


2. Smart Chips for Residents Health Card
SHHIC was closely involved in the drafting of the Technical Specification for Residents Health Card in conjunction with the Health Department, and was used in Henan, Shandong Zaozhuang, Liaoning Jinzhou, Guangdong Foshan and other several first commercial pilot cities. On March 1, 2012, health cards embedded with our smart chips were issued across Henan in the country’s first provincial-level pilot projects. The total number of cards distributed was estimated to be around 76 million. By the end of 2015, SHHIC has been issued cards in Henan, Liaoning, Beijing, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong , Yunnan and other nearly ten provinces, our market share was speculated to be over 50%.


3. Smart Chips for Standard Financial Product
As the leading developer of security technology and financial application development in China, we are able to provide complete specifications of 40k-144k standards of both native and JAVA cards. Our products have been certified by international CC EAL4 and EMVCo. These standard financial products have been issued in batches by various commercial banks and the approximated domestic market share is over 30%.

1. Dual interface JAVA/Native Card Solution

The 32-bit high-security dual interface chip CIU9872B and SHC1302 series CPU card chips are designed to satisfy the requirements of the Java/Native dual interface financial IC card which is now dominating the industry.
The SHHIC dual interface series chip features communication interface in accordance with ISO7816, ISO14443 protocols and 2048-bit hardware processor, supports all commercial encryption algorithms. It is ideal for financial applications that comply with PBO3.0 standard, such as standard loan note, e-cash, qPBOC contactless applications and its extended applications, dual-currency electronic cash, etc.
The multi-application operating system of the Java Card/Native makes the rich product design and effective application safety management possible. Convenient upgrades and expansion options can be accessed at any time during the service life of the card to provide maximal protection for client investments.
Our card implements a high-security anti-attack design and is certified by Union Pay, CC EAL4 and EMVCo. The overall security performance is considered to be optimal by the banking industry.

2. Contactless Java/Native Card Solution
The CIU9872B/SHC1302 32-bit high-security contactless CPU card chip is applicable for Native contactless finance IC card solutions that are in accordance with the industry standard.
This product adopts a contactless communication interface and a 2048-bit RSA hardware coprocessor. It supports all commercial encryption algorithms and is suitable for a wide range of financial applications which is in compliance with PBOC3.0 standard, such as standard debit-credit bookkeeping, e-cash, contactless qPBOC and its extended applications.
The multi-application operating Java Card/Native system can not only support all of the financial applications, but also support the applications of residents health card, the Ministry of public transport and the Ministry of Housing and Urban bus card application at the same time. Our multi-application security isolation has passed the firewall test of the Bank Card Test Center.
The high-security anti-attack design of the chip is in strict compliance with both Union Pay standards and CC EAL4 , the security performance is considered to be optimal by the banking industry.


3. Contact Java/Native Card Solution
The 8/32-bit high-security contact chip CIU5132A/SHC1232/CIU872B designed is applicable for Native contact financial IC card solutions that meet the industry standards.
This series of card chips take advantage of a contact communication interface as well as a 2048-bit RSA coprocessor. It is suitable for financial applications which are in line with PBOC3.0 standard, such as standard debit-credit bookkeeping and e-cash.
The multi-application operating Java Card/Native system can not only support all of the financial applications, but is also ideal for the national social security card application. The multi-application security isolation has passed the firewall test of the Bank Card Test Center.
The high-security anti-attack design of the chip is approved by CC EAL4 , the security performance of which is considered to be optimal by the banking industry.
