1. Properties and Characteristics
1) The double-head water-slot milling machine with three spindles is applied to machine all sorts of water slots and air pressure balance grooves of PVC doors and windows.
2) It comprises three milling spindles that are in the top, bottom and horizontal direction. Once the product clamp the material, three slots in different directions can be machined at the same time.
3) The length of water slots is continuously adjustable within 60mm, which may fully satisfy the needs for various kinds of finishing sizes and enjoys a wide range of application.
4) Drilling and transverse milling will be automatically finished at a time.
5) The original mechanism readily got stuck because of swarf or other scraps. Once stuck, the machine had to be dismantled and reassembled by professional maintenance personnel for a long time. After improved, the spindles of the double-head water-slot milling machine now are free of professional maintenance.
6) The previous crank-link mechanism of an old-style spindle has been undated into the independent pneumatic milling feeding mechanism. In addition, the former transverse feed by milling cutter is promoted into the transverse feed by spindle, which eliminates the radial clearance of the main shaft that was designed for the former feed. Therefore, the "comma-shaped" phenomenon, which often occurred before, is effectively changed and the milled water slots are of higher quality.
7) The angle and relative position of the spindles to the bench are adjustable, so as to efficiently meet the demands for various profiles, water slots and air pressure balance grooves in different positions.
