Three Head Seamless Welding Machine

1. Performance Characteristics
1) The three head seamless welding machine allows two welding ways. One way directs at common profiles by setting the blade gap of 2mm. The other way aims at two-tone co-extrusion profiles, and the blade gap is set as 0.2mm. These two ways can be switched from one to another, and are suitable to weld ┏, ┏┓, ┏┳┓, ┳┳┳, ┏┳┳ and other combination of shapes.
2) It is able to convert between seamed welding and seamless welding for PVC doors and windows, due to a relevant "automatic switching device".
3) All the jaws are equipped with blades. The welded joint may be automatically adjusted between 0.2mm and 2mm, and respectively meets the needs of chromatic profiles and ordinary white ones.
4) It provides a flexible combination of the three heads, and the operator can let the heads work separately or jointly.
