Material Testing Machine

The material testing machine is mainly used to test the mechanical properties of metallic materials and non-metallic materials, such as elongation, compression, bend, impact, tear, torsion, hardness and so forth.

Our testing machines consist of ten sorts, including electronic universal, hydraulic universal, plastic pipe and profile, door and window testing machine, etc. With more than 400 kinds of testing products, we possess the longest product line in testing machine industry, from universal testing machine product line to non-metallic door and window testing machine product line. These products are commonly seen in iron and steel, aerospace science and technology, auto parts manufacturing, electric power and other industries or departments.

Due to the most massive machining, we boast the annual production value of over 60 million yuan. Covering an area of 10 thousand square meters, our plant is equipped with CNC planer type milling machines, CNC floor type boring machine, vertical horizontal machining centers, which total 150 sets and contribute higher machining precision of parts. The environmental laboratory established in 2010, which is the first one in the field, meet the high demands of high-precision testing machines for verification conditions. The lab features constant temperature and humidity, sound insulation, anti-vibration, dust prevention and electromagnetic interference control.
