1. Usage
The WEW series hydraulic universal testing machine belongs to screen display type and is manually controlled. Its microprocessor displays test force and curves. The product is suitable for tensile, compression, bend and shear test on metallic materials. It can perform compression test on cement, concrete and other metallic materials as well. Measuring range is divided into 300kN, 600kN and 1000kN. Through worm drive, you can adjust the test space.

3. Functions and Characteristics of Main Engine
1) Compared with the hydro-cylinder overhead machine, the hydraulic universal testing machine features hydro-cylinder underneath, more compact structure, more reasonable layout and lower height with the same test space. Different from machines with chain drive, the product with worm drive can adjust test space by crosswise moving beam without screw rotation, and detach drive system from positioning system, which ensures the durability and coaxiality between upper and lower jaws.
2) With the design of indirect measuring by the hydraulic sensor, the product enjoys higher impact resistance and longer useful life than ones with load sensors.
3) The distinct clearance elimination mechanism of screws is conducive to continuity of test loading.
4) Thanks to the independent hydraulic clamping mechanism, the clamping system is reliable enough to protect testers from injury, in case the sample is snapped.

The machine can not only carry out tensile, compression, bend and shear test on metallic materials, but also conduct compression test on a variety of metallic materials, such as cement and concrete. In terms of measuring range, it may fall into 100kN, 300kN, 600kN and 1000kN. Adjusting the test space relies on its chain drive.
