1. The high-speed CNC wood router contains imported square linear guide and double-row four-column ball bearing slide blocks. The guide and blocks feature great bearing capacity, balanced operation, high precision and long working life. The imported ball screw ensures the accuracy of engraving.
2. The USB port-type DSP operating system allows remote manipulation, so the operator may easily control the product through the hand lever. Its unique intelligent algorithm fully releases the potential abilities of the motor, realizes high speed processing and the synchronization of curve and straight line and perfects the curve, and enables the main shaft for cutting to automatically start or stop without using the RAM of the computer.
3. It is compatible with type3, Artcam, Castmate, ARTCUT and other CAD or CAM design software.
4. Its vacuum table is divided into 6 parts, and capable of absorbing materials with different dimensions. The high-speed CNC wood router chooses an imported oilless vacuum pump, instead of a circulating water vacuum pump, so as to relieve operators of changing the water in cold weather.
5. Since a high-speed driving stepper motor and a driver are used, and Y axes employs a dual motor drive, the idle speed reaches up to over 36 meters per minute. In conjunction with the aggressively cutting main shaft, the machine is able to engrave wood at a higher speed.
