KM-100 Knurling Machine

1. Introduction
The KM-100 knurling machine belongs to dedicated equipment for producing thermal insulation aluminium profile. It punches saw-teeth and does roughening on the notches of plastic profile, or insert insulating strips in the aluminium profile, so as to increase lateral shear force of profile. It also pushes the cutter bit into a profile notch, rotates the cutter bit to drag the profile, and then emboss the inner surface of profile.
