1. Equipment Usage
The door and window mechanical property tester is applied in conjunction with a door and window physical property tester. It is appropriate for testing doors and windows on warping, bending, diagonal deformation, vigorously opening and closing, and fatigue caused by opening and closing.
2. Major Test Items
1) Force required to open and close doors or windows
2) Deformation and damage of windows caused by abnormal stress
3) Warping or bending deformation
4) Torsion
5) Diagonal deformation
6) Bearing capacity of windows when vigorously closed
7) Fatigue property of doors and windows due to opening and closing
3. Main Technical Parameters
1) Maximum value of applied force: 0~500N; Precision of indicating value: 0.1N; Accuracy grade of test force: 0.5
2) Air pressure: 0.4-0.7Mpa
3) Maximum displacement deformation: 0-50mm; Precision: 0.01mm
4) Opening and closing rate of casement window: 5~20 times per minute
5) Opening and closing rate of sash window: 15 times per minute
6) Number of fatigue test: Optional setting within 100 thousand, automatic halt
7) Number of window test specimens: ≤3
8) Maximum specification of testable sample: 2100×2400(mm)
9) Storage condition of sample: At least 16 hours in a temperature of 18~28℃
10) Dimension: (Scope of equipment work site) L×W×H=3500×4600×3700mm
11) Power supply: 380V±10%
4. Functions and Characteristics
1) The door and window mechanical property tester can handily clamp a sample, and is easy to operate.
2) It is able to accurately measure data.
