1. Functions and Characteristics
The automatic low temperature impact testing machine is controlled by a computer and used to test the impact resistance of metallic materials under live load. The product is necessary for metallurgical machinery manufacturing companies, and research and development institutions to carry out new material research. It is provided with full automatic control system. Raising or hanging the pendulum, feeding materials, positioning, impact and temperature regulation equipment are all under the electric and mechanical control. Its dedicated feeder realizes automatic feeding and samples can be positioned in the end face automatically. After moved out of a cryogenic box, the sample will be immediately transmitted to be impacted. The transmission time is less than 2 seconds, which satisfied the requirements of Charpy pendulum impact test method for metallic materials in a low temperature. After impacting the sample, the automatic low temperature impact testing machine will make use of the remaining energy to raise the pendulum, which not only prepares for next test, but also enhance working efficiency. The machine reaches the national standard of GB/T3808-2002 pendulum impact testing machine inspection. Its test procedure conforms to Chinese standard of GB/T229-2007 Charpy pendulum impact test method for metallic materials.
