1. Equipment Usage
The WDW-T series computerized electronic universal testing machine adopts floor type. It can conduct tensile, compression, bend, shear, peel, tear and other tests on rubber, plastics, electric wires, composite materials, metal bars and other metallic or non-metallic materials.

3. Functions and Characteristics of Electronic Universal Testing Machine
1) Main Engine
a) Equipped with the imported all-digital AC servo speed governing system, servomotor and load cell, it can realize high-precision measure with wide range and three-closed-loop control.
b) Using the precise ball screw and retarding mechanism makes drive smooth, steady and gapless with less noise.
2) Measurement and Control System
a) It uses imported electronic components and complete digital design.
b) The system conforms to PCI2.1 bus standard. The microcomputer possesses the automatic identification and installation function, which enables the computerized electronic universal testing machine to carry out tests as soon as you insert a controller card into the computer.
3) Test Software
The software is provided with several control modes, such as constant force, constant displacement, constant deformation and stored program control. In the testing process, it will show a variety of test curves in real time, like force-displacement, force-time and force-deformation. These curve graphs may automatically switch at all times, which helps you to easily observe and compare. In addition, it is able to calculate various routine data automatically, including tensile strength, yield strength, breaking strength, elastic modulus and specified non-proportional extension strength RP0.2. The testing process control and data processing comply with the national standards of corresponding materials.
