DG184 alternator is a four-pole machine, and it contains several models, such as DG184ES, DG184E, DG184F, DG184G, DG184H, DG184J, etc. The output power ranges from 15KVA to 50KVA, and the maximum output voltage is as high as 600V. Advanced excitation boost system (EBS) is used to improve the response speed as well as system stability, and high generating efficiency is achieved. Our product is equipped with protection cover whose IP rating is IP22 or IP23, so the operator is protected from any potential danger. Meanwhile, the insulation class is H which makes our product applicable in many harsh conditions.

This product is self-excited single bearing type or double bearing type brushless alternator. It is reasonably designed, and the winding pitch is 2/3 which is able to avoid excessive neutral current. On the other hand, non-standard parts can be installed, and we can also provide engine connectors which meet SAE 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 standards.  Upon customer request, the alternator can be supplied with disc couplings that are SAE6.5, 7.5, 8, 10, and 11.5 standards compliant. They are often connected to the flying wheel housing of the diesel engine. The 3 phase 12 wire winding can be reconnected into single phase winding or single phase 4 wire specialized winding. In addition, the different models have different power levels, and customer can select the preferred one according to the practical application.

This alternator shows the advantages of small volume, light weight, low noise, low emission, reliable running, high power, stable voltage, low oil consumption, excellent starting performance, etc. Automatic voltage regulator is used to fine adjust the output voltage, and under frequency protection function is also realized. Meanwhile, the protection cover is able to prevent the entry of solid particle and water, so the normal working state is maintained.
