The DG274 alternator is a four-pole electricity generator that comes equipped with the standard SX440 automatic voltage regulator. It includes two types: single bearing and double bearing types. The output voltage range is 120V-690V, and the output power is 100KVA-255KVA. This product is scientifically designed, and the winding pitch is 2/3 which is able to suppress excessive neutral current, so the long-term safe running is achieved. Meanwhile, the IP rating of equipped protection cover is IP22/23, and the insulation class of our product is H. Thus, the operator is well protected. On the other hand, the engine connectors are made in accordance with the standards of SAE 1, 2 and 3, and disc couplings which are complaint with SAE 10, 111/2 and 14 standards are also available. In addition, the 12 wire winding is able to be rewound, which makes it suitable for single or three phase application. Upon request, the product can be supplied with a permanent-magnet generator excitation system.

Our alternator features easy installation as well as convenient maintenance, and the binding post, rotating diode and coupling bolt allow easy operation. This product is universal type, and it is very easy to build up a parallel connection between our product and power grid or other generators. Single bearing or double bearing structure is applied, and sealed ball bearing is also used which can reduce the abrasion of bearing and extend the service life of our product. Meanwhile, the rotor is processed with dynamic balance, and the bearing won't shake and the noise is low. Depending on these properties, this alternator is able to work together with many brands of diesel engine, such as Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Volvo, etc.
