DG734 alternator is a four-pole automatic voltage regulating machine, and it has single bearing type and double bearing type. It is equipped with MX321 automatic voltage regulator (AVR) and permanent magnet generator (PMG), so three phase sensing and 0.5% voltage regulation are achieved. The 6 wire winding is reconnectable, and PMG is used to provide excitation which can separate the control system and output. In addition, the output voltage range is between 190V and 480V, and the power range from 1320KVA to 2500KVA.

This alternator is a high quality product, and the engine connectors comply with SAE 00, 0 and 1/2 standards. Meanwhile, we can also supply disc couplings that meet the requirements of SAE 14, 18 and 21. The standard configuration contains IP22/23 protection cover, and the insulation class is H, so our product is suitable for severe places.

The AVR enables over-voltage protection and short-circuit current limiting functions, and it can also protect the magnet coil from breakdown. Thus, the safe and normal running of our product is ensured. On the other hand, the rotor is processed with dynamic balance which makes the balancing precision grade within required grade. As a result, the mechanical vibration amplitude is kept within allowable range, and the stability is improved, also, problems that may lead to the failure of this alternator are avoided as well.
