DG162 2-pole brushless AC generator is a self-excited single bearing or double bearing machine, and it is controlled by automatic voltage regulator (AVR). The output voltage and power ranges are 110V-600V and 8.1KVA-31.3KVA, respectively, and it is equipped with progressive excitation boost system (EBS), so the high power generating efficiency is achieved. In addition, it is a universal product, and non-standard parts can be installed.

Based on the customer's request, engine connectors that meet the standards of SAE 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 can be supplied, which will be connected to the fly wheel housing of the diesel engine. Also available are the disc couplings that are SAE 6.5, 7.5, 8, and 10 standards compliant. They are often connected to the housing of diesel engine fly wheel as well. The winding part contains 3 phase 12 wire, and it can be rewound into single phase winding and single phase 4 wire specialized winding. 2/3rd winding pitch ensures minimum neutral current. The standard configuration includes IP22/23 protection cover, and the insulation class is H which makes this AC generator suitable for harsh conditions. In addition, the safe running is also realized.

Non-standard parts can be supplied to fit various customer needs.

The base of this AC generator is made of steel, and it is very firm with novel appearance. Solid-sealing process is applied by the entire body, so good shockproof property is obtained. The single bearing type adopts universal flywheel coupling and coupling disc that meet SAE standard, and the installation is quite convenient. On the other hand, the EBS guarantees the stability of electric system, and it can maintain the constant terminal voltage by adjusting magnetic field when the load is changed.
