The DG164 alternator has different models including A, B, C, and D. It is a four-pole machine, and is self-excited single bearing type or double bearing type brushless product controlled by automatic voltage regulator. The voltage range is 110V-600V, and the output power varies from 5.4KVA to 20KVA. The winding pitch is set at 2/3 which can avoid excessive neutral current, so excellent performance is guaranteed. In addition, this product shows good universality, and non-standard parts can be installed.

On the other hand, advanced excitation boost system (EBS) is equipped, and engine connecting parts that meet SAE 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 standards are supplied.  Upon request, we can provide disc couplings that are in compliance with SAE6.5, 7.5, 8, and 10 standards, which will be connected to the flywheel housing of the diesel engine. The winding contains 3 phase 12 wire, and it can be reconnected into single phase winding or single phase 4 wire specialized winding. The use and accessory replacement are very convenient. In addition, the insulation class is H, and this alternator is able to work under severe conditions. Moreover, the use of IP22/23 protective cover ensures maximum operation safety.
