SX460 alternator voltage regulator is single-phase self-excited thyristor type, and it is suitable for brushless excitation generator. The excitation source and detection power are generated by the stator coil, and the LC filter inside is able to suppress the interference caused by radio wave and load of thyristor. Our product detects the average voltage of two phases, and responses to the voltage signal generated by the main stator winding, then adjusts the rectifier output power of armature of exciter by controlling the magnetic field of low-power exciter. As a result, the field current of main engine is controlled, and the voltage regulation is ensured. In addition, this voltage regulator is equipped with under frequency and no input signal protection devices, and slow voltage build up function is also available.
